    Preparation suggestion: Mix 4 g Himalayan salt and 120 g lukewarm water to 100 g of the mixture and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oil for frying on setting 6-7 or medium heat. Shape 12 balls with wet hands and bake for 4-5 minutes. Drain off excess fat with paper towels.
